As this chapter closes, Iโm reflecting on a whirlwind of wins, challenges, and lessons. From magical client transformations to exciting new projects, itโs been an incredible rideโsometimes smooth, sometimes bumpy, but always worth it.
๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ that real community magic happens when we create spaces for people to feel heard, supported, and empowered to reclaim their power. ๐ซ
๐๐ช ๐๐ธ ๐ฝ๐๐๐ฉ flourished, helping organizations transform through better processes and authentic engagement. Thereโs nothing like watching clients find their groove and seeing everything fall into place!
Itโs been deeply rewarding to witness clients make bold choices for themselves and their businesses. Being part of these transformations fills my heart with joy. ๐

โข Welcoming Enzo, our Springer Spaniel (goodbye clean floors, hello tennis balls everywhere! ๐พ)
And speaking of Enzo, heโs taught me some unexpected lessons in leadership. ๐กAfter a hill-running adventure went wrong (think: being dragged downhill, a concussion, and lingering aches), Iโve learned the importance of meeting othersโcanine or humanโ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐โ๐๐ ๐๐, not where I want them to be. ๐ฏ
I also recently learned about the Japanese principle of ๐๐ข๐ฒ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ฎโa practice rooted in seeing cleaning as an act of love, meditation, and purification for both space and spirit. This perspective deeply resonated with me and will guide me into 2025. ๐ธ
