Fees & Payment

  • All work must be agreed upon in writing so all parties understand clearly what is going to happen and when
  • All work is conducted online, with virtual meetings via Teams, Skype or Zoom, or a good old phone call when required
  • All fees are payable in advance upon invoice, unless otherwise agreed
  • All work undertaken is subject to signed contracts or agreements being returned before work commences, this protects both parties
  • There is no rollover of hours unless agreed in writing, there are only so many hours in a day!
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT as we are not VAT registered
  • Our rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • My VA Flex’s online operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 14:00, and do not include bank holidays, or the occasional family holiday, which will be communicated to those with agreements and contracts in place. We may conduct some of our work outside of these hours.
