Charlie (aka Charlotte) is the Founder of My VA Flex and The Flex Guru.
With over two decades in IT, marketing, and operations across South Africa, Charlie has held senior roles building brands and managing teams.
Since moving to the UK in 2019, she’s transitioned from marketing and operations into strategic consulting – partnering with agencies, business owners, coaches, and heart charities to build communities, mentor emerging leaders, and create frameworks for sustainable growth.
Fuelled by coffee, a good sense of humour, and Top Gun quotes, she’s passionate about supporting the underdog and making a tangible difference. She’s also a dedicated advocate for those affected by Congenital Heart Disease (CHD).
